About the Role
As a Front-End Developer at Verne Health, you will be responsible for crafting user-friendly, scalable, and visually appealing web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js. You’ll work closely with our back-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
This full-time role is hybrid, with flexible remote work options and an office in Amersfoort.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-performance front-end applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
- Work with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and maintain design consistency.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues in production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a skilled and creative Front-End Developer with a passion for building exceptional user experiences and a strong understanding of modern web development.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in Vue.js and/or Nuxt.js.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Laravel) to facilitate collaboration.
- Interest in or experience within the healthcare sector.
